    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    The Acquisitions Analyst is responsible for supporting the medical acquisitions team through targeted owner outreach, market intelligence, data analytics, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining a prospect list, direct marketing outreach to property owners and brokers, and utilizing Company’s proprietary in-depth market research and analytics to uncover potential investment opportunities. This position will be based in the Los Angeles, CA office and will require occasional overnight travel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain prospecting database and target property lists. Initial acquisition target markets include SoCal, NorCal, Pacific Northwest, Mountain States, and the Southwest. 
    • Conduct cold outreach and follow up to property owners via cold calling, email, direct mail, and other communication channels to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
    • Perform market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and market activity.  Utilize Company software such as Costar and ReVista.
    • Maintain Company CRM and comp database for both sale comps and lease comps.
    • Support marketing campaigns including mass email blasts, physical mailers, and all other marketing efforts.
    • Assist with miscellaneous business development, corporate finance, and marketing tasks to increase deal flow and operational efficiency.
    • Participate on strategy sessions and underwriting sessions with financial analysts
    • Attend select property tours of prospective acquisition opportunities
    • Review due diligence materials, including leases, operation expenses, and capital budgets.
    • Assist with medical development projects, including site or building searches, when requested by Company.

    Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

    • Bachelors degree with a quantitative focus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, capital markets or investing.
    • Self-starter with the ability to be detail orientated.
    • Advanced knowledge of computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, AI software (CoPilot, Chat GPT, Claude), and Word.
    • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments, and simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks.

    Benefits

    • Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / year
    • Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
