The Acquisitions and Collections Analysis Librarian leads the library's acquisitions, collection budget management, and collection assessment activities, with a focus on data-informed decision-making and sustainable collection strategies. This position oversees continuing resources expenditures, vendor negotiations, and collection analysis while collaborating closely with department colleagues on lifecycle management of electronic resources.
The Acquisitions and Collection Analysis Librarian reports to the Head of Collection Management. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing the work of students, volunteers, or other staff on committee work, specific projects, or as requested.

The Acquisitions and Collection Analysis Librarian is expected to assume personal responsibility for designing and implementing a plan for continuing professional development, and to actively contribute to their profession through scholarly and service activities.
Work location is hybrid, eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Minimum qualifications include a master's degree in library and/or information science from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited or equivalent accrediting body program at time of hire. Preferred qualifications include experience in acquisitions, budgeting, or collection development in an academic or health sciences library.
