Armed Security Officer
Location: Hermitage, PA
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Will Vary
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable, professional Armed Security Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong situational awareness, excellent judgment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and the public.
Requirements:
- Current ACT 235 Armed Certification (must be active and in good standing)
- Own firearm and required duty gear
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for prolonged periods
- Prior security or law-enforcement experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security presence at assigned locations
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Prepare accurate and timely incident reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Uphold all safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements
