We are seeking an experienced Actimize Application DBA with 8 10 years of experience supporting NICE Actimize applications and database environments within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with database administration, performance tuning, application deployments, environment support, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support NICE Actimize environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Manage database objects, schemas, schema changes, deployments, and application releases.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, query execution, indexing, and overall system health.
• Troubleshoot Actimize application and database issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Support Actimize application installation, configuration, and environment setup.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, application support, and development teams.
• Support application deployments, upgrades, releases, and production activities.
• Ensure adherence to security, audit, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, deployment procedures, and support documentation.
• Monitor production environments and proactively identify database or application performance issues.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Required Technical Skills

• 8 10 years of experience in database administration/application database support.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting NICE Actimize applications.
• Experience with Actimize solutions such as AML, SAM, CDD, CTR, Fraud Management, or IFM.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database and/or Client SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with database backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and capacity management.
• Experience supporting application deployments and production environments.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies and enterprise application environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.

Banking Domain Experience

• Strong understanding of banking and financial services environments.
• Knowledge of AML, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and financial crime compliance processes.
• Experience working in environments with strong security, audit, regulatory, and data governance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale NICE Actimize implementations.
• Experience with Actimize environment migrations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and application performance management tools.
• Experience creating technical runbooks, operational procedures, and support documentation.
