Business Analysis: Ability to understand business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications, and bridge communication between business, technology, QA, and compliance teams.
QA and Test Design: Strong manual testing experience, including test planning, test scenario identification, test case/script preparation, test execution, defect logging, and retesting.
Actimize Background: Working knowledge of NICE Actimize modules such as SAM, WLF, CDD, IFM, RCM, AIS, or related financial crime and case management applications.
Application Understanding: Ability to analyze application workflows, data flows, configurations, rules, alerts, cases, and downstream/upstream integration impacts.
Business Domain: Understanding of Financial Crime Compliance, AML, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, fraud monitoring, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and regulatory control expectations.
