Description

Overview
Supports
enterprise messaging, collaboration, identity, and mobile device
management environments.
Provides
advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD,
Active Directory, Intune, and related technologies.
Responsible for
maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable cloud and on-premises
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor server
and application logs, investigate issues, and manage support tickets.
Administer,
maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and
related cloud services.
Support Active
Directory forests, domains, and user environments; plan for growth and
evolving business requirements.
Manage user
accounts, permissions, third-party access, and security controls.
Develop and
improve operational processes, procedures, and cloud service standards.
Evaluate
emerging technologies and provide recommendations with cost-benefit
analysis.
Manage DNS
requests, IP address changes, and coordinate with network security teams.
Maintain
disaster recovery documentation, operational procedures, and server
patching processes.
Requirements
Active
Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, DNS, Rubrik,
and KnowBe4 administration.
Exchange Online
mail flow management and hybrid connectivity troubleshooting.
User mailbox
provisioning, security group management, and OU administration.
PowerShell
scripting and automation development.
Message
tracing, log analysis, and Exchange Online Protection support.
eDiscovery,
litigation hold administration, and compliance support.
Backup and
recovery operations using Rubrik.
Security
incident investigation, including compromised accounts and anomalous login
activity.
DKIM key
management and Microsoft Defender administration.
