Active Directory MS 365 Engineer (2x/week Onsite)

MUST be able to be onsite for first 6 weeks of training. After training, onsite 2x/week required

• Supports enterprise messaging, collaboration, identity, and mobile device management environments.
• Provides advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD,Active Directory, Intune, and related technologies.
• Responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor server and application logs, investigate issues, and manage support tickets.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and related cloud services.
• Support ActiveDirectory forests, domains, and user environments; plan for growth and evolving business requirements.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, third-party access, and security controls.
• Develop and improve operational processes, procedures, and cloud service standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations with cost-benefit analysis.
• Manage DNS requests, IP address changes, and coordinate with network security teams.
• Maintain disaster recovery documentation, operational procedures, and server patching processes.

Requirements

• ActiveDirectory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, DNS, Rubrik, and KnowBe4 administration.
• Exchange Online mail flow management and hybrid connectivity troubleshooting.
• User mailbox provisioning, security group management, and OU administration.
• PowerShell scripting and automation development.
• Message tracing, log analysis, and Exchange Online Protection support.
• eDiscovery, litigation hold administration, and compliance support.
• Backup and recovery operations using Rubrik.
• Security incident investigation, including compromised accounts and anomalous login activity.
• DKIM key management and Microsoft Defender administration.
