Working alongside the Activities Director, you will assist with recreational programs and daily activities that promote participation and quality of life.Responsibilities:Assist with individual and group activitiesEncourage resident participation and engagementHelp set up and clean up activitiesAssist with seasonal events and special programsDocument resident participation as neededWork collaboratively with the Activities Department and other staffQualifications:Previous experience working with elderly individuals preferredCNA certification preferred OR willingness to complete our CNA training programPositive, enthusiastic, and compassionate attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamBenefits:Benefits are available to full-time employees and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
