Activities Assistant / CNA (Part-Time)
Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant / CNA to join our team. This role is ideal for someone energetic, compassionate, and committed to creating meaningful daily experiences for our residents.
Working alongside the Activities Director, you will help plan and lead engaging recreational programs that promote socialization, enjoyment, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily resident activities and programs
• Encourage resident participation and engagement
• Set up and clean up activity spaces
• Document resident attendance and participation
• Work collaboratively with staff to support resident quality of life
Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with seniors or patients preferred
• Positive attitude and compassionate approach
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• CNA license welcomed, but not required
Pay:
• $15.00-$16.00 per hour
• Licensed CNAs: $19.50-$23.22 per hour
