What You’ll Do
Lead and assist with engaging resident activities, including:
- bingo
- crafts
- music
- games
- group activities
- holiday events
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and enhance their daily quality of life
- Transport residents safely to and from activities
- Assist with special events, outings, and celebrations
- Support activity calendars, planning, and documentation
- Work closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary care team
What You’ll Need
- Active CNA certification (required)
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Passion for working with seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and strong attendance
- Ability to assist with resident mobility and remain active throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work every other weekend
