Activities Assistant (Full-Time)

Agawam South Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. This role is ideal for someone energetic, compassionate, and motivated to create meaningful daily experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily recreational and social activities
• Encourage resident participation and engagement
• Support group and one-on-one programs
• Set up and clean up activity spaces
• Document participation and attendance
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Experience working with elderly residents or patients preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable, compassionate, and engaging personality
