In this role, you'll help create engaging activities that promote social interaction, independence, and quality of life for our residents while working alongside our Activities Director.ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and leading recreational and social activitiesEncourage resident participation and create a fun, inclusive environmentHelp set up and clean up activity areas and eventsProvide hands-on support during scheduled programsDocument resident participation and attendanceWork collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-beingQualificationsExperience working with seniors or patients is preferredPositive, compassionate, and dependableStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to build positive relationships with residents and familiesIf you enjoy helping others, bringing smiles to residents, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
