Job Description:

Responsibilities: Working with students interested in sports, a coach provides the necessary practice, support and advice for the team to be successful against opposing teams in a sports season.

Certification: The successful candidate must hold current CT State coaching certification, current CPR and First Aide certification. Previous high school and/or Baseball coaching experience preferred.

Stipend Amount: $7,995

Start Date: March 1, 2027

• Candidates must be Department of Education 600 Certified
• A minimum of 3 years High School or Middle School coaching experience
• Have current CPR and First Aide and CT coaching certification
• Knowledge of CIAC rules and regulations
• Candidates must be able to make all practice times and bus trips
• Must pass all local and federal background checks
• Applicants must be able to work between Monday through Saturday from 2-10 p.m. and perform all physical duties of the position
