Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator for our memory care program.
This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, compassionate, and enjoys working with seniors in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily group activities and resident engagement
- Assist with planning programs, events, and recreational activities
- Encourage participation and social interaction
- Help maintain a positive and respectful environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Social, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 years
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred
- Recreation background or activities experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, dependable, and outgoing personality
