Our Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, Free Life Insurance401k Plan AvailableDiscounted Hotel roomsDiscount in F&B outletsDevelopment opportunitiesEmployee appreciation eventsRecognition and Rewards ProgramAnd Many moreResponsibilities:Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter the Fins Up Beach Club.Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.Responsible for dispatching guests down slides and monitoring team member performance.Be a team leader and lead by example because it is important to inspire motivation and anticipation in all team members.It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members regarding club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.Personal Attributes:Must be highly customer oriented and responsive with a high need for closureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work outdoors and different weather conditionsComfortable speaking into a microphone to large crowds.At least 3 to 6 months of leadership experience.
