What You’ll Do

  • Assist in leading engaging and meaningful daily activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our Memory Care residents.
  • Help create an environment filled with warmth, belonging, dignity, and joy.
  • Encourage resident participation through music, games, crafts, exercise, sensory activities, outings, and social connection.
  • Build caring relationships with residents while supporting their emotional and cognitive well-being.
  • Assist with special events, celebrations, and family engagement activities within the community.
  • Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and the Activities Director to ensure residents receive individualized support and encouragement.
  • Bring patience, creativity, compassion, and positive energy to every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with a compassionate heart and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
  • Experience in senior living, activities, recreation, caregiving, or hospitality is preferred, but not required—we will train the right person.
  • A positive attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm for engaging with residents.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience and understanding when working with individuals living with dementia or cognitive impairment.
  • Someone who believes small moments of kindness can have a big impact.
