In close partnership with the Center Manager this individual will be responsible for planning and delivering meaningful programming in the activity centers developing best practices that enhance the member experience coordinating member engagement initiatives and ensuring all activities uphold ArchWell Healths commitment to safety compliance and high-quality service.This leader will develop programming strategies support community partnerships coordinate effective communication between center staff and members and oversee the successful execution of events and activities.
