The primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and oversee the Activity Department, ensuring programs meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs in compliance with regulations and policies. The role involves developing activity plans, coordinating with staff, conducting assessments, involving families, and maintaining departmental standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and preferably certification in activities or social services. Prior experience and willingness to obtain relevant certifications are preferred.
