Job Title: Activity Manager/Party CoordinatorJob Type: Full TimeReports To: Club Director Position Overview: The Activity Manager/Party Coordinator is a dual role serving two primary objectives. The first is to strengthen and scale the club's activity programming and the operational systems that support it. The second is to serve as the central point of contact for all party, event, and rental inquiries, providing both customer service and sales support. Key Responsibilities:Activity ManagerActivity Oversight:Swim Lessons (Group, Private, Camp)ImpactParties & EventsActivity DeliveryEnsure and manage staff to provide a high-quality Activity experienceMonitor all area system experiences to ensure simple member processesOversee, as well as maintain, a safe and clean space in all activity areasCoverage for all events when staffing is not availableActivity Staff Management Swim:Swim lesson staff scheduling and management Hiring and onboarding new staff with the assistance of the Pool MonitorParties & Events:Staff all party and event activities at the ClubHiring and onboarding of all Activities StaffParties CoordinatorCustomer ServiceRespond to party and event inquiries Guide customers through package options (birthday parties, space rentals, team celebrations, school groups, corporate and team-building events) and recommend the right fit.Give tours, send quotes, take deposits and confirm bookingsPass booked Events off to Club Activity Managers and act as a resourceAdministrativeMaintain professional communication with current prospects and new membersCreate, maintain & oversee all Club activities schedulesBe the expert on therapy booking process and be able to communicate with Club staff the processEnsure all back-end processes are updated in the club and communicated Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in customer service and staff management. Previous Courthouse experience preferredCustomer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and address the needs of members.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to connect with members, staff, build rapport, and motivate individuals of all fitness backgrounds in a positive, engaging manner.Team-Oriented: Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff to enhance the overall member experience.Physical Fitness: A passion for fitness with the ability to lead by example. Comfortable instructing and demonstrating exercises during group sessions.
