Salary Range: $190,000-$210,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of predictive pricing models for commercial auto insurance.
• Build data pipelines and engineered features from claims, submission, and third-party data sources.
• Partner with underwriting, actuarial, and engineering teams to improve pricing accuracy and portfolio performance.
• Monitor model performance, validate results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience developing insurance pricing models within personal auto or commercial lines.
• ACAS or FCAS designation with strong actuarial pricing expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling techniques, including GLMs and machine learning methods.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience analyzing complex insurance data sets.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
