Actuarial Principal - P&C - M&A

Principal Actuary opportunity leading P&C transaction due diligence within a Global Consulting Firm. Actuary will assess reserves, pricing and underwriting practices, quantify downside risk and advise senior executives on M&A and reinsurance transactions. Role combines hands-on deal leadership with client development across insurers, reinsurers and financial investors. Seeking an FCAS with 10+ years actuarial experience, strong client leadership and proven business development capabilities. Prior M&A experience preferred, not required. Location flexible, with Northeast U.S. preferred.
