Job Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Back of House (BOH) Team Member to support our practitioners and maintain seamless clinic operations. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to patient care flow, cleanliness, and quality control.
You’ll work closely with our clinical team to keep the environment serene, organized, and ready for each treatment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms between patients.
- Safely dispose of acupuncture needles following proper sanitation protocols.
- Restock and organize supplies, herbs, and linens.
- Assist with light laundry, equipment cleaning, and room readiness.
- Support practitioners during patient transitions as needed.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a wellness-focused setting.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a wellness, spa, or medical environment preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to anticipate needs without supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a quiet, patient-centered space.
- Availability Tuesday and Thursdays, 10:30 AM–3:00 PM. (Possibly more shifts available Monday and Friday.

- No facial piercings (ears are acceptable)
