About the Role:
Docere Integrated Medicine PLLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Acupuncturist to join their integrative healthcare team in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through holistic, evidence-informed care in a collaborative clinical environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Perform acupuncture treatments tailored to individual patient needs and health goals
  • Conduct thorough patient intake assessments, health histories, and TCM-based diagnoses
  • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans using acupuncture and adjunct therapies
  • Collaborate with integrated medicine practitioners to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols, lifestyle recommendations, and wellness strategies
  • Uphold a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment in accordance with state regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid Washington State Acupuncture license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate degree from an accredited acupuncture or Oriental medicine program
  • NCCAOM board certification preferred
  • Experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), cupping, moxibustion, or other adjunct modalities
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an integrative, multidisciplinary healthcare setting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development
