Acura Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a responsible Shipping/receiving clerk to check in our freight orders from the manufacturer on a daily basis. This person will receive, inspect and enter into the inventory all shipments for the dealership. This person will also be responsible to deliver parts, when delivery volume requires. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Check in and receipt daily parts shipments.
• Inspect parts shipments for damage.
• Deliver auto parts to different addresses throughout the Omaha metro.
• Follow time schedule and any routing prescribed.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints.
• Collect payments.
• Complete logs and reports.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Must be able to lift 50lb. boxes and be able to load delivery vehicle without assistance.

Skills

• Valid professional driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
• Work with computers
