As an Acute Care Assistant at Bronson Battle Creek, you'll play a vital role in supporting both patients and the healthcare team. Combining hands-on patient care with administrative and clerical responsibilities, you'll help ensure patients receive compassionate care while supporting the smooth operation of the unit.
From assisting patients with daily activities to coordinating information, managing documentation, and supporting clinical workflows, you'll be an important part of the team that helps deliver exceptional patient care.

This is a dynamic role that balances direct patient care with administrative and unit support responsibilities.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members must be able to commit to full-time orientation hours during the first 6–8 weeks of employment.
Orientation consists of three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) each week and includes patient care training, electronic medical record education, competency validation, and unit-specific onboarding.
