In support of our continued growth and expansion we are seeking highly motivated Advanced Practice Providers to be a part of Upstates APP Fellowship Program at the regions only Level 1 Trauma Center.
This 12-month post-graduate fellowship is designed for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are seeking advanced training in Acute Care Hospital Medicine. The program welcomes both recent graduates and experienced APPs who wish to deepen their expertise in the management of patients with acute, complex medical needs.
The fellowship begins with a comprehensive 1-month orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the clinical environment, followed by an immersive 12-month curriculum focused on developing strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills in acute care settings.
Key Program highlights & responsibilities: Learning will be completed through clinical immersion, didactic lectures, simulation and self-guided learning. APP fellows will be integrated into multidisciplinary teams with various types of learners.

Message to Applicants: Post-Fellowship Opportunities Upon successful completion of the fellowship, selected fellows may have the opportunity to participate in up to two months of additional post-fellowship training in specialized areas such as Medical-Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Hematology-Oncology, Procedural Medicine, Neuro-Stroke, and other disciplines as scheduling permits.
