Position Overview:
Baylor Scott & White Cardiology Consultants of Texas is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our leading cardiology team. This role is primarily outpatient-based across our Dallas and Waxahachie clinic locations, with some inpatient consultative coverage as needed. You’ll work alongside an established, collaborative team delivering exceptional cardiovascular care.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct outpatient cardiology evaluations, follow-ups, and patient education
+ Provide consultative services for inpatient cases in Dallas and Waxahachie, as needed
+ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop and manage treatment plans
+ Support continuity of care through electronic documentation (EPIC EMR)
Qualifications:
+ Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas (ACNP certification required)
+ New graduates welcome to apply
+ 1+ years of cardiology experience preferred
+ Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

+ EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
+ EXPERIENCE - More than 1 Year of Experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
+ Nurse Practitioner (NP)
+ Registered Nurse (RN)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
