Job Title: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Intensivist (Nights Only)
Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway, TX
Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Overview:
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights:

Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM - 7 AM)

Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment

Work autonomously alongside a well-established team

Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:

Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred

Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
