Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $159.46/hour
- Pay Package: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit
- Overtime: 1.5x after 12 hours

What You’ll Do- Provide inpatient pediatric pain management care for post-surgical patients, including oncology, sickle cell, and sedative-weaning cases
- Manage critically ill patients, including those on PCAs and epidurals
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient status, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Document care accurately using Epic EMR system
- Support staff and attend attending MD/charge APRN during shifts
- Cover primarily night shifts and weekends, including 2-3 consecutive shifts
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and escalate care when necessary
What You Need
Required:
- MA Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification in PALS, BLS, DEA
- Minimum 2 years pediatric acute care NP experience
- Experience with pain management and critical care in pediatric patients
- Strong assessment skills and ability to communicate clearly and empathically
Preferred:
- Experience working in inpatient pain services or ICU settings
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends consistently
