- License/Certifications: MA License, PALS, BLS; must be Certified Peds NP or Peds Acute Care NP with 2+ years of experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in pediatric acute care, pain management preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $159.46/hour
- Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure, certification, travel reimbursed if applicable, and paid sick time per laws.

What Youll Do
- Manage pediatric patients in an inpatient pain service setting following surgeries (cancer pain, sickle cell, etc.)
- Assess critically ill or sedated children and determine appropriate care
- Monitor patients on PCAs and epidurals
- Collaborate with attending MDs and charge APRNs during day shifts
- Support patient care post-surgery, including pain management and assessments
- Document care accurately using EPIC EMR
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered communication and escalate when necessary
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety procedures
What You Need
- Active MA RN license and certification as Peds NP or Peds Acute Care NP
- 2+ years pediatric acute or pain management experience
- BLS, PALS certifications (COVID and Flu vaccines required; exemptions allowed)
- Excellent assessment skills, ability to work independently, empathic communication
- Willingness to work primarily weekends and night shifts
- DEA registration and eligibility to work in the U.S.
