360 Medical Consulting is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our innovative workplace health practice serving employees in a premier corporate environment.

The Opportunity

As a Concierge Acute Care Provider, you'll serve as a trusted healthcare partner to patients, providing comprehensive acute care with an emphasis on timely evaluation, early intervention, clinical excellence, and appropriate follow-up.

You'll evaluate and manage a broad range of acute medical concerns in a high-touch, low-volume workplace healthcare environment, with the time and resources to provide thoughtful, personalized care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive acute care and same-day evaluation for a broad range of medical concerns
• Perform focused and comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage common acute conditions, illnesses, and injuries
• Assess patients for clinical deterioration and determine appropriate treatment, follow-up, referral, or escalation of care
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications within applicable regulations
• Perform appropriate in-office diagnostic and treatment procedures within scope of practice and clinical competency
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment, medications, and follow-up
• Recognize conditions requiring emergency or higher-level care and facilitate appropriate transfer or referral
• Conduct preventive visits, screenings, and health assessments as appropriate
• Identify and address chronic conditions when relevant to the patient's acute presentation
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists and other healthcare providers
• Collaborate with medical, musculoskeletal, and mental health professionals
• Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-level patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in care coordination and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with excellent acute care skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate is confident evaluating undifferentiated medical complaints, making sound clinical decisions, and providing efficient, thoughtful care while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications

• PA or NP with current New York State license
• 5-10+ years of acute care, urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or related clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage a broad range of acute medical conditions
• Comfortable assessing undifferentiated complaints and determining appropriate treatment, follow-up, referral, or escalation of care
• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
• Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, corporate health, urgent care, occupational medicine, preventive medicine, or multidisciplinary care is preferred

Compensation

• $130,000–$200,000 annually, commensurate with degree, licensure, experience, and qualifications
