Acute Care Speech (Language Pathologist)

Pay Rate: $54 per hour - $56 per hour

Summary:

• Duration: 6-month contract
• 40hr Days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide flexible patient care, transitioning between inpatient care, outpatient care, and MBS as needed.
• Attend all team meetings during working hours.
• Complete SLP Department training and adhere to departmental standards for patient care and documentation.
• Report to and be supervised by the Pediatric SLP Section Leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of pediatric feeding and swallowing experience.
• Independent completion of Pediatric care.
• MA State Licensure.
• ASHA Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, Pediatric Intensive Care, trach and vent.
• Outpatient Clinical Feeding Evaluations.
• EPIC experience.
• FEES Competency.
