PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking a Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon interested in doing occasional per diem work at St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington.

Centered on three rivers and the I-5 corridor, you are a short jaunt away from the Portland Metro area, driving distance from the beach, and just minutes from scenic Pacific Northwest nature.

Position is paid at $4,350 per twenty-four hour shift (twelve-hour day restricted coverage shift and twelve-hour night unrestricted coverage. Includes medical malpractice coverage and tail coverage). Travel/accommodation reimbursement and potential for license reimbursement.

Qualifications

  • Required: MD/DO from accredited School of Medicine
  • Required: Completion of ACGME-accredited Internship/Residency/Fellowship Program in area of specialty
  • Required : Licensed to practice as a physician in the State (or ability to obtain during onboarding process)
  • Required: Board Certification
  • Required : Drug Enforcement Admin Federal Number and
  • Required : CPR and BLS and ACLS/ATLS or PALS
