Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program.
Certifications Requirements:
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification (preferred).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg, ER, or Swing Bed experience.
- Prior experience in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a).
- Flexibility to work weekends every other 3rd weekend.
- Excellent patient communication and professional advising skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed settings, following facility protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient progress, treatments, and medication administration accurately within the EMR system.
- Educate and advise patients and their families on care procedures, health management, and safety measures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, ensuring infection control standards are met.
