Acute Occupational Therapist

A 198-bed, Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM is seeking an Acute Care Occupational Therapist. The facility serves the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah, offering a broad range of services including medical, surgical, rehabilitation, a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive imaging and lab services.

The role. The Occupational Therapist in this acute care position provides direct patient care across the hospital's diverse inpatient service lines. The clinician evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers occupational therapy interventions to support functional recovery and safe discharge. The role requires the ability to work independently across acute care units while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.

What we're looking for.

• Minimum 2 years of acute care occupational therapy experience
• BLS certification required upon submission
• All other required certifications can be obtained after hire
• Candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure are welcome to apply; licensure must be obtained prior to start

Schedule. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Compensation. $32.43 - $51.88/hr plus $2 sign-on bonus
