Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an AD Architect for a Contract with a client in Irvine, CA. You will drive the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud and Active Directory architecture while ensuring compliance and risk management across enterprise environments.

Rate Range: $55/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AD Architect Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure Active Directory (AD) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.

• Manage Windows Server security, vulnerability remediation, patching, and compliance initiatives to ensure a secure infrastructure.

• Perform Domain Controller upgrades, AD schema updates, replication monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain high availability.

• Administer DNS, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), PKI certificates, LDAPS, and related security controls across the organization.

• Develop and enforce cloud security architectures, policies, and standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to integrate security best practices and support DevSecOps initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Windows Server administration, and cloud security.

• Strong expertise in Active Directory architecture, Domain Controller management, DNS, GPO administration, PKI/Certificates, and Windows security compliance.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), including cloud security architecture, networking, IAM, and risk management.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
