Overview:
- Be part of the growing Client Ads & Promos team.
- Build media plans and aggregate creative specs to support the pre-sale process.
- Create and coordinate creative mocks for advertiser review.
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce campaign implementation
- Oversee the creative production process from submission through approval
- Coordinate campaign setup with ad ops to ensure accurate, timely launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively
- Prepare and deliver pacing reports throughout each campaign
- Handle billing and post-campaign reporting with accuracy and consistency
- Produce investment reports summarizing spend and performance across the portfolio Business Reason.

- Pre-Sale: Building media plans, Aggregating creative specs, Creative mock requests
- Post-Sale: End-to-end Salesforce campaign implementation, Working with internal teams on creative development, Managing campaign setup with AdOps, Monitoring performance 6/ Providing pacing reports
- General: Investment reports
- The role supports the day-to-day execution of ads & promotions campaigns for non-endemic and agency partners.
- In this role, you will manage the operational lifecycle of campaigns — from pre-sale planning materials through post-sale implementation, monitoring, and reporting — for non-endemic brands.
- You will work cross-functionally with sales, ad ops, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, tracked closely, and reported on consistently.
- You will additionally support reporting and tracking processes for agency partnerships.
- You will report into Industry Manager, Agency Partnerships.
