The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven ADA Coordinator to join the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (ODEIA). Reporting to the Deputy Director of DEIA, the ADA Coordinator will serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert on disability accommodation and accessibility matters, supporting compliance with federal and state laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leaders, employees, applicants, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple agencies to develop innovative solutions, improve processes, and strengthen accessibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of disability rights, accommodation practices, and accessibility standards, along with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
