About the Role: 
Swim Corps USA LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Adaptive and Private Swim Instructor to join our team in Temecula, CA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a real splash in the lives of swimmers of all ages and abilities — from beginners to those with special needs — helping them build confidence and life-saving water skills. Responsibilities: 

• Deliver one-on-one private swim lessons tailored to each student's skill level and goals
• Provide adaptive swim instruction for students with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities
• Develop individualized lesson plans that promote water safety, technique, and swimmer confidence
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction methods as needed
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging pool environment at all times
• Communicate progress and feedback effectively with students, parents, and guardians
• Ensure compliance with all aquatic safety standards and protocols

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience as a swim instructor, also has experience in adaptive or special needs teaching
• Current CPR, First Aid, and WSI Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with adaptive aquatics techniques and inclusive teaching strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students of all ages and abilities
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to working with diverse learners
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Must be comfortable in and around water and demonstrate strong swimming proficiency
