Accountable For You will support the team to fulfill client briefs by providing creative solutions in our fast-paced studio environment. This intermediate level position includes, but is not limited to, design adaptations, line extensions, secondary panel layouts through to production artwork builds.

General Overview The Intermediate Adaptive designer will work under the Senior Designer, with the clients brand, ensuring all work is within brand guidelines, while maintaining continuity between formats, line extensions, languages, and client information. The role will advocate our culture, brand and community.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $55 - $60 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
