This is not a full-time position at the time of hire. For the right candidate, however, it has the potential to grow into a full-time career.
After completing our onboarding and training process, you will begin receiving session assignments based on your availability, location, experience, and the needs of our members.
Our trainers build their schedules over time. While every market is different, most trainers can expect it to take approximately 2–5 months to build toward a full schedule of around 30-40 hours per week, depending on member demand and your availability.
