Adaptive Swim Instructor

Swim experience needed — we provide paid training

Help children feel confident, safe, and joyful in the water. Swim Angelfish specializes in adaptive swim instruction for children with Autism, Anxiety, Down Syndrome, sensory needs, and other developmental challenges. If you love working with kids and want a meaningful, rewarding role, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Teach 1:1 adaptive swim lessons using our Swim Whisperers® Method
  • Support swimmers who may have sensory, motor, or emotional regulation needs
  • Create a calm, encouraging, and fun environment
  • Communicate progress to families with warmth and clarity
  • Maintain safety and follow pool guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to and from the pool
  • Ability to be in the water for the duration of lessons
  • Ability to pass a background check

Reading, MA (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday)

Salem, NH (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Newton, MA (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)

Pay & Schedule

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Part‑time, flexible hours
