PeaceHealth is seeking a 0.8 FTE Addiction Medicine Physician to join our Unified Primary Care Behavioral Health team in Eugene, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative behavioral health program that provides integrated, patient-centered care across the continuum of services. Our team partners closely with primary care, behavioral health, hospital-based providers, and community organizations to improve outcomes for patients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Requirements

  • M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency in Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, or a related specialty
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine (or eligible to obtain certification)
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications for substance use disorders, including MAT therapies
  • Certification in BLS within 30 days of hire
