We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional full-time Addiction's Counselor to join our team in a male Level 3.5 setting! Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful independent living. Responsibilities include:
Run OP / IOP substance use disorder groups.
Complete substance use disorder assessments, treatment plans, group notes, & other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C.
Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment.
