Our client is a compassionate inpatient addictions treatment center located in beautiful Pasadena, Maryland. They are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Addictions Counselor to join their team.

About the Role:
As an Addictions Counselor, you will be a crucial part of a team that focuses on individualized care for clients. You will conduct 3 to 4 one-on-one counseling sessions each week, in addition to leading group sessions and assisting with intake assessments. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those seeking recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling to clients (3 to 4 sessions per week).
• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate discussions.
• Conduct intake assessments to understand client needs.
• Offer guidance and support to clients, fostering their recovery journey.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ year in addiction counseling (preferred).
• Certification: ADT or something similar
• Ability to Commute: Pasadena, MD 21122 (required).
• Work Location: In person.

Salary:

• Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
