We intentionally build teams of compassionate, skilled clinicians who want to make meaningful, lasting impact in the recovery community.We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO.What You'll Do:Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansFacilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapyManage clinical services and aftercare planning for assigned caseloadPrevent, intervene, and de-escalate during crisis situationsMaintain accurate, timely documentation of progress, risks, and interventionsCollaborate with the Clinical Director, multidisciplinary treatment team, andfamiliesModel recovery-centered values including ethics, accountability, dignity, andrespectWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fieldActive Colorado licensure or certification (LAC, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAS, CAC III,ADDC, etc.)Strong clinical judgment, observation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentialityExperience in substance use disorder, mental health, or co-occurring disorderspreferredWhat Sets Us Apart:This is an in-person role in a detox and residential treatment setting where therapists aresupported, trusted, and valued.
