Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California -based Immigration Attorney for in -person appearances for various immigration proceedings, but mostly Master Calendar Hearings.

A weekly Hearing Calendar would be shared for the attorney to select those Hearings that work with their schedule.

Attorney Requirements:
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in California
<\/div>
- Must be able to attend in -person hearings in Adelanto, California area
<\/div>
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law - preferred
<\/div>
- Understand the local rules and court system
<\/div>
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
<\/div>
- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

In -Person Hearing Coverage pay rate starts at a flat fee of $250.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
