Adhesive Coating Line Operator
Location: New Hartford, CT
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (training on Day Shift 5AM–5PM)
A day in this role
As the production floor comes to life, you’ll take ownership of an adhesive coating line, preparing materials and dialing in the process so every roll meets spec. You’ll move from staging adhesive batches to setting up slot-die, gravure, or roll coaters, then fine-tune speed, heat, and coating thickness to hit targets. Throughout your shift, you’ll watch the web closely—catching streaks, bubbles, or uneven coverage early—while keeping detailed batch and usage records. You’ll finish each run by cleaning down equipment, performing basic preventive maintenance, and resetting the area so the next job starts strong and safe.
