The College of Arts, Sciences & Education is accepting applications for academically or professionally qualified adjunct faculty members to teach an in-person Art & Design course, specifically professional practice.

PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE: This course focuses on preparing for transitioning from student to professional. Principles of preparing a professional portfolio presentation and business materials, evaluating interests and aptitudes, and methods for acquiring internship and employment opportunities are the primary areas of focus. This course also includes a broad survey of the industry and business practices, visits to design studios, guest lecturers, and portfolio reviews with practicing designers.
