Adjunct- Business Statistics II

We are seeking adjunct faculty to teach Business Statistics II. This class will be taught Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 2:20pm. Applicants must be available to teach during these days/ hours.

Example of Duties:

• Teach assigned classes in accordance with the College's academic calendar and approved syllabi
• Meet all scheduled class sessions
• Maintain and report accurate student grade and attendance records using approved procedures and systems
• Participate in assessment activities in support of the PCCC institutional effectiveness program
• Utilize the appropriate technology, including the College's student learning platform, to fulfill teaching duties
• Follow the following guidelines contained in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook (Link can be found on pccc.edu)

Qualification:

• MBA with knowledge of Business Statistics

• Concentrated areas to include Measures of Location, Measures of Variability, Probability, Estimation and Hypothesis Testing

• Knowledge with Blackboard

• Teach synchronous at the Paterson Location

• Experience teaching Business Statistics a plus

• Teach day class

The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $996 per credit taught.
